Our Story

From the Sky
to your Pocket

From a childhood at the airfield to a workshop in the Netherlands.

My love for aircraft started at a very young age. My father, a pilot himself, always took us to air shows. It was while flying on a DC-3 that I really began to appreciate it all and developed a sense of responsibility to help preserve aviation history.

Today that responsibility has a workshop. Our focus is simple: recycle the skin of retired aircraft and turn it into Plane Tags. Each piece is laser-inscribed with the aircraft's silhouette, serial number, registration, and the historical facts that make it more than just a keychain.

"Stay safe and happy landings."

How it's made

Four steps,
zero shortcuts

From retired airliner to numbered keychain, every Diamond Plane Tag passes through these four stages all by hand.

01

Source

We partner with aircraft recyclers to recover original fuselage skin from retired commercial jets with full provenance.

02

Cut

Each panel is hand-cut to the Plane Tag silhouette. The natural curvature of the fuselage is preserved.

03

Finish

Edges are de-burred and sealed; the aircraft's livery side is left untouched so its history stays visible.

04

Tag

Each piece is numbered, paired with its display card and certificate, then shipped from the Netherlands worldwide.

Frequently Asked

Questions

Is this really material from a real aircraft?

Yes. Every tag is cut from the original fuselage skin of the specific aircraft listed on its display card. The MSN, registration, and flight history printed on the card all match the aircraft the metal came from.

How do I know it's authentic?

Each tag is individually numbered and shipped with a printed certificate of authenticity referencing the aircraft's MSN and registration. Editions are strictly limited and never re-run.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide from the Netherlands. EU orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days; international 7–14 days. Free EU shipping on orders over €50.
